How to Make It: Asamiya Masala Chai can be boiled like traditional chai with milk and water, or can be enjoyed straight-up. You can enjoy it as a latte as well!
Use 2.5 grams of chai blend per 237 ml. of water (1 standard teacup). Heat water, and pour boiling water over the tea leaves. Steep for 3 – 5 minutes, strain and enjoy!
This tea taste good with a dash of milk, and taste even better if you simmer it in a sauce pan for twenty minutes. Use slightly more than half a cup of water and half a cup of milk. If you like sweeteners/sugar – add it to the saucepan at the end and stir it before removing from the stove.
